Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

At Chicqi Craft, we want every piece you choose to feel right for you. We understand that selecting jewelry online can be personal, so we accept eligible returns and exchanges under the conditions outlined below.

Please read this policy before submitting a return or exchange request.

1. Return and Exchange Window

You may request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

After notifying us that you wish to return or exchange an item, you must send the item back within 14 calendar days.

Delivery dates are generally determined by the carrier’s tracking information.

Requests submitted outside these periods may not be accepted, except where applicable consumer law provides additional rights.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must:

• Be unused and unworn, except for handling reasonably necessary to inspect the item or check its fit
• Be in the same condition in which it was received
• Show no signs of extended wear, alteration, misuse, staining, fragrance, cosmetic residue, or damage
• Be returned with its original packaging and any included accessories
• Include a valid order number, receipt, or other proof of purchase
• Be returned within the applicable return period

Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or may qualify for a reduced refund where permitted by applicable law.

For hygiene and quality-control purposes, please take care when trying on jewelry and avoid contact with perfume, cosmetics, water, lotions, cleaning products, and other chemicals.

3. Promotional Gifts and Complimentary Items

Complimentary items and promotional gifts:

• Have no cash value
• Cannot be returned individually
• Are not eligible for refunds or exchanges

If you return an order that qualified for a promotional gift, the promotional gift must also be returned unused and in its original condition.

If the promotional gift is not returned, Chicqi Craft may adjust the refund to account for the stated value of the gift, where permitted by applicable law and the terms of the promotion.

4. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Please inspect your order carefully as soon as it is delivered.

Important: If you believe an item has arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please take clear photographs or video immediately after opening the package. Please preserve this evidence before wearing, using, altering, repairing, cleaning, restringing, or otherwise handling the item beyond what is reasonably necessary for inspection.

Where possible, your photographs or video should clearly show:

• The full item
• The specific damage or suspected defect
• The condition of the item immediately after unpacking
• The inner and outer packaging
• The shipping label
• All items received in the package

Please also keep the product, original packaging, accessories, and shipping materials until your request has been fully reviewed. Do not discard or attempt to repair the item before receiving instructions from Chicqi Craft.

Contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery if:

• An item arrives damaged
• An item appears defective upon arrival
• You receive an incorrect item
• An item is missing from your order

Reporting the issue promptly and providing clear photographic or video evidence helps us determine whether the issue resulted from production, packaging, shipping, or subsequent handling.

If sufficient evidence is not available, we may require additional information before determining the appropriate resolution. This does not limit any rights available under applicable consumer law.

When contacting us, please provide:

• Your full name
• Your order number
• A clear description of the issue
• Photographs or video of the item and the identified problem
• Photographs of the packaging and shipping label
• Your preferred resolution

Once we have assessed the issue, we may offer an appropriate resolution, including:

• A replacement
• An exchange
• A partial refund
• A full refund
• Another reasonable solution agreed with you

If the issue results from a confirmed error by Chicqi Craft, such as a defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing item, we will cover the reasonable costs of the approved return or replacement process.

Please do not arrange a return shipment without receiving instructions from us first. Unauthorized shipping costs may not be reimbursed.

5. Natural Crystal and Material Variations

Many Chicqi Craft products contain natural or nature-inspired stones and materials.

Natural stones may vary in:

• Color and color distribution
• Transparency
• Texture
• Pattern
• Internal inclusions
• Surface markings
• Shape and bead appearance
• Reflection and sheen

These variations make each piece visually individual and are not normally considered defects.

Small differences between the product you receive and the photographs displayed on our website may also occur because of lighting, photography, screen settings, production batches, and the natural characteristics of the materials.

If you believe your item differs materially from the product description or photographs, contact us with clear images so that we can review the issue.

6. Normal Wear and Accidental Damage

Damage caused by normal wear, accidental damage, improper use, or failure to follow the relevant care instructions is not considered an original product defect.

Examples may include:

• Overstretching an elastic bracelet
• Pulling, snagging, or applying excessive force
• Impact, dropping, or crushing
• Wearing jewelry while bathing, swimming, sleeping, exercising, or doing manual work
• Exposure to perfume, lotion, cosmetics, cleaning products, salt water, or other chemicals
• Improper storage
• Natural wear of elastic, plating, string, clasps, or surface finishes over time

We review product concerns individually and may request photographs, video, or additional information before making a decision.

7. How to Request a Return or Exchange

We normally respond within 2–3 business days.

Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide:

• Return authorization
• The correct return address
• Packaging instructions
• Any relevant shipping instructions

Returns sent without prior authorization may be delayed, rejected, or returned to the sender.

Do not return your order to the address printed on the original shipping package. That address may belong to a carrier, logistics provider, or fulfillment facility that cannot process customer returns.

8. Return Shipping Costs

Change-of-Mind Returns

For returns requested because of:

• Personal preference
• Sizing or fit
• Color preference
• A change of mind
• Ordering the wrong product
• Other reasons not caused by Chicqi Craft

the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Original shipping fees, expedited shipping charges, gift-wrapping charges, and other optional service fees are generally non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Chicqi Craft Errors

If the return results from a confirmed error by Chicqi Craft, such as a defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing item, we will provide an appropriate resolution and cover reasonable approved shipping costs where necessary.

Tracked Shipping

When arranging your own return, you must use a trackable shipping service and retain:

• The tracking number
• The shipping receipt
• Proof of dispatch

Chicqi Craft is not responsible for customer-arranged return packages that are lost, damaged, misdirected, or delayed in transit.

The customer remains responsible for the item until it is received at the authorized return address.

9. International Returns, Duties, and Taxes

Customers returning products internationally are responsible for correctly completing any required customs documentation.

Mark the shipment as a returned item where appropriate. Chicqi Craft is not responsible for delays, fees, or losses caused by incomplete or incorrect customs declarations.

Customs duties, import taxes, handling charges, brokerage fees, and similar government or carrier charges are generally non-refundable by Chicqi Craft.

Where applicable law requires a different treatment, the relevant legal requirements will apply.

10. Exchanges

Eligible products may be exchanged within the same 14-day return window.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

For change-of-mind exchanges, the customer is generally responsible for:

• Returning the original item
• The return shipping cost
• Any applicable cost of shipping the replacement item

We will disclose any additional shipping charge before processing the exchange.

If the replacement item is more expensive, you must pay the price difference before it is shipped.

If the replacement item is less expensive, the eligible difference will be refunded to the original payment method.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, you may:

• Select another available item
• Receive store credit, where offered
• Request an eligible refund

An exchange will be processed only after the original item has been received and inspected.

If an exchange is required because of a confirmed error by Chicqi Craft, we will cover the reasonable approved costs of the exchange.

11. Return Inspection

Once a returned item is delivered to us, we normally inspect it within 3–5 business days.

During the inspection, we may review:

• The condition of the jewelry
• Signs of wear or use
• Original packaging and included accessories
• The stated reason for return
• Any previously submitted photographs or evidence

We will email you after the inspection to confirm whether the return has been approved, partially approved, or rejected.

12. Refunds

If your return is approved, Chicqi Craft will initiate the refund within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Refunds are normally issued to the original payment method used for the order.

Depending on the reason for the return and applicable law, the refund may include:

• The eligible product purchase price
• Standard outbound delivery costs where legally required

The following amounts are generally not refundable unless the return results from our error or applicable law requires otherwise:

• Customer-paid return shipping
• Expedited or premium delivery upgrades
• Gift-wrapping charges
• Optional service fees
• Customs duties and import taxes
• Costs resulting from unauthorized return arrangements

After we initiate the refund, your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require up to 10 additional business days to post the funds to your account.

This financial processing period is controlled by the payment provider and is separate from Chicqi Craft’s internal processing time.

13. Partial or Reduced Refunds

Where permitted by applicable law, a full refund may not be available if:

• The item has been worn beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it
• The item has been damaged after delivery
• Parts, accessories, or original packaging are missing
• The item contains fragrance, cosmetic residue, staining, or other signs of use
• The item has been altered
• The value of the item has been reduced by unnecessary handling
• A required promotional gift has not been returned

We will explain the reason for any deduction or rejection after completing the inspection.

14. Late or Missing Refunds

If we have confirmed that your refund was issued but you have not received it:

1. Check the original payment account again.
2. Review any pending transactions.
3. Contact your credit card company or payment provider.
4. Contact your bank, as additional processing time may apply.
5. Contact Chicqi Craft if more than 10 business days have passed since the refund was issued.

When contacting us, include your order number and refund confirmation details.

15. Order Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or change an order before shipment.

We will attempt to accommodate the request, but cancellation or modification cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing, packaging, or fulfillment.

If the order has already shipped, you may need to receive it and follow the standard return procedure.

Your statutory cancellation rights, where applicable, remain unaffected.

16. Refused and Unclaimed Deliveries

Orders that are refused, unclaimed, returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or returned after repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts may be subject to:

• Original shipping charges
• Return shipping charges
• Carrier handling charges
• Customs or import charges
• Reshipment costs

Any eligible refund will be calculated after the returned package has been received and the applicable costs have been confirmed, subject to applicable law.

17. Gifts

Refunds are normally issued to the original payment method used by the purchaser.

If you received the item as a gift, the original purchaser may be notified when a refund is processed.

Where available, we may offer the gift recipient store credit or an exchange instead. Contact us before returning the item so that we can confirm the available options.

Promotional gifts and complimentary products remain subject to the promotional gift rules stated in this policy.

The version displayed on our website at the time of purchase will generally apply to the relevant order, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws.
